to promote DC maturation in vitro was assessed using day 5 bone marrow-derived DC in the presence or absence of TLR ligands, LPS (TLR4), and CpG (TLR9), by measuring cell surface expression of CD40, CD80, CD86, and MHC class II (Figure 1).
